If your claim is approved, you will receive an RMA number. Enter this number on your RMA form.
Please fill out the form and send it along with the products you want to return.
We also need a copy of your original invoice.
Pay attention! Some products are not eligible for an RMA procedure:
Products that are not equipped with the original packaging.
Items which have "pricing" stickers or tags that are not removable.
Sealed products that have been opened.
Specially ordered products.
Items / products whose shelf life has expired.
RMA requests for products which have been in your possession 30 days after delivery might be rejected.
