Returning items. How does that work?
Still not completely satisfied with your product? Or is your product broken? That is annoying, but we will solve that for you. Quality and service are important to us. Click here to go to the online portal to start a new return request. If the return meets our return conditions, you will receive a return label by e-mail within 1 working day.
In short, you can expect the following from us:
- 14 days cooling-off period after receiving your items.
- Was your item delivered broken or did you receive a different item than ordered? Please let us know as soon as possible within the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Minimum 6 months to maximum 24 months warranty on our products. Please note: the
Warranty varies per product! - Defective products? We will deliver a replacement product in the short term or bear the costs for repair, as long as it is under warranty.
- Is your return handling found to be correct? Then you will receive a credit note or we will exchange the products for you free of charge.
WHEN A PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days.
- We would like to receive the products back in their original condition and packaging. If the return is approved, you will receive a completed and signed return form from us.
- Your return will be processed if the product is complete, in its original condition and with the packaging.
- We aim to process your return within 5 working days when exchanging a product. Is there a credit note? Then we aim to process this within 10 working days.
- Your return will not be processed if it falls under the exceptions or if it is incomplete, damaged or dirty-used due to your own actions.
EXCEPTIONS
- Some products fall under exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot handle these products in the returns process.
- Excise products.
- Products that are no longer in their original packaging .
- Products where the seal has been broken.
- Have the products been used ? We cannot take these back.
- Items that have a sticker with consumer prices that cannot be removed .
- Products
whose best-before date , or shelf life , has passed. - Products without proof of purchase from Dutch Leaf.

POSSIBILITY OF RETURNS
If you wish to return a product to Dutch Leaf, this is possible under certain conditions.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Please check Dutch Leaf's Frequently Asked Questions page to see if your issue can be resolved there.
- Please check the product manual one more time to find the solution there.
- Still no solution? Our front office staff will help you further. You can reach them via email: info@dutchleaf.com or via our telephone number: 013-5722959.
- Please report your return via the online return form . Our colleagues will then process your return.
- If the return is approved, you will receive a completed and signed form with the reply number. We will not accept the return under this form and will charge return costs. Please note! If the form is not signed

Shipping costs will be charged. - When you fill out the return form, you must always take into account the packing instructions. Your package can be returned if you do not take this into account. We will charge shipping costs for this.
- We aim to process your return within 5 working days at the returns department.
- We aim to process any credit within 10 working days.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE RETURN GUARANTEE?
- Excise products.
- Products that are no longer in the
original packaging . - Products where the seal has been broken.
- Have the products been used ?

or the expiration date has passed. - Products without proof of purchase from Dutch Leaf.
DUTCH LEAF WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- Complaints regarding delivered products will only be handled
when the return is returned to Dutch Leaf within 14 days after delivery. After that period, Dutch Leaf considers the products as
delivered with satisfaction and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted by you; - If Dutch Leaf believes that your complaint is justified, the company is only obliged to provide replacement product(s) as soon as possible.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
E-SMOKING PRODUCTS DUTCH LEAF
- These warranty conditions apply to all E-smoking products, unless otherwise stated.

- Batteries (6 months warranty) and chargers (24 months warranty) are covered by the
warranty upon presentation of the purchase receipt or invoice. - Damaged or dropped batteries are excluded from the warranty;
- No warranty can be given on consumables. This includes items such as mouthpieces, clearomizers, atomizers, coil heads, cartridges etc.
- All items that come into contact with E-liquid are excluded from the warranty.
